Shipping

Each product is handmade in Miami Beach within 2-4 business days of orders being placed. We ship directly from our studio through USPS. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Free domestic shipping is offered for orders over $100.

Delivery

We offer free delivery in the Miami area every Thursday afternoon. Orders must be received by Tuesday at 9pm EST in order to be delivered that week.

Returns

Careen is a handcrafted skincare line with all of our products being created in small batches. If a product arrives broken or damaged, contact us at info@careen.us and we will happily replace your products.

While it is our hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us, we understand that everyone has a different skincare journey which is unique and individual. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions before ordering. Due to the intensive process required to make each product, we can not offer refunds based off of dissatisfaction.
