Begin your ritual with a 20-minute soak. Each soak is formulated with mineral-rich Dead Sea salt and Himalayan salt to hydrate the skin, while Epsom salts work on tired and sore muscles. 
 
After moisturizing, apply your favorite body and face moisturizer and use the body tool to give yourself a lymphatic massage, draining away toxins while improving the immune system. 
 
Finish this ritual with gua sha. Lift and sculpt the facial area, ease muscle tension, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, all while boosting lymphatic drainage across the face, neck and body.
 
The body tool comes with a “how-to” booklet to ensure you can master the fine art of self-care as well as a travel case.
