Ritual

Dim the lights, light a candle and sprinkle a heavy handful (or two for extra relief) into your hot bath while the water is running. Soak for at least twenty minutes for maximum benefit.
 
Add your favorite Careen body oils into the tub to create an even more elevated and luxurious experience.
 
Don’t have a tub? Sprinkle salts on bottom of the shower floor to create a salt steam. Take a deep inhale, exhale, and visualize those things that no longer serve you, melting down the drain.
