Careen Body Soaks 101

Is there anything more relaxing than a hot bath at the end of a long day? Maybe three glasses of wine but we're talking wellness here!


Similar to our body scrubs, our body soaks are formulated specifically around detoxification and restoration of the body. We achieve this by blending mineral-rich Dead Sea salt and Himalayan salts to hydrate the skin, while Epsom salts work on tired and sore muscles for a truly revitalizing and restorative soaking experience.


While these salts alone do most of the heavy lifting, we blend our soaks with different flowers such as rose and lavender for our Rest body soak. Our Heal body soak incorporates Hawaiian black salt (aka activated charcoal) and fresh lime peel which acts as a magnet for dirt and bacteria on the skin, while our Awaken body soak incorporates fresh organic orange peel for a vitamin-C packed soak.


So, dim the lights, light a candle and sprinkle a heavy handful (or two for extra relief) into your hot bath while the water is running. Soak for at least twenty minutes for maximum benefit.


Don't have a bath tub? Try the body soak as a shower steam. Simply sprinkle salts on bottom of the shower floor, take a deep inhale, exhale, and visualize those things that no longer serve you, melting down the drain.
