Careen Body Soaks

Is there anything more relaxing than a hot bath after a long day? Maybe two glasses of wine, but we're talking wellness here!

Similar to our body scrubs, our body soaks are formulated specifically around detoxification and restoration of the body. We achieve this by blending mineral-rich Dead Sea salt and Himalayan salts to hydrate and detoxify, while Epsom salts work on tired and sore muscles for a truly restorative soaking experience.

While these salts alone do most of the heavy lifting, we blend our soaks with what we consider "standout ingredients" that provide different healing abilities.

One of our best-selling products is our Rest Body Soak. Perfect for a sensual evening, this soak is blended with seductive rose and lavender oil to help calm the mind after a long day. We also incorporate hibiscus flower powder, known as the "Botox plant," for its anti-aging properties, skin-firming benefits, high antioxidant, and AHA content. This flower offers citric acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, and malic acid, helping to neutralize free radicals, calm inflammation, and prevent aging by promoting cell turnover.

Our Heal soak, on the other hand, was explicitly created for tired and achy muscles needing a serious reboot. Blending lime peel, activated charcoal, and organic eucalyptus oil, this soak was designed to calm the mind and the body at the same time. Purifying activated charcoal acts as a magnet to absorb dirt and oil from the skin, while vitamin C-packed lime peel treats dark spots, acne, and blemishes and provides a gentle exfoliation.

Our Awaken Body Scrub was designed to invigorate the senses with Sicilian tangerine oil and fresh orange peel. Containing high amounts of Vitamin C, fresh orange peel provides an added layer of gentle exfoliation while brightening skin tone. The smell alone will transport you deep into an orange orchard while you relax and unwind.

So, dim the lights, light a candle, and sprinkle a heavy handful (or two for extra relief) into your hot bath while the water runs. Soak for at least twenty minutes for maximum benefit.

Don't have a bathtub? Try the body soak as a shower steamer. Simply sprinkle your salts on the bottom of the shower floor, take a deep inhale, exhale, and visualize everything that no longer serves you melting down the drain.

Kristen
